Trying to book flight or train from Helsinki to London as a tour my daughter is taking ends there....Need to get her back to London....Might be reading it wrong but the train takes 3 days??? Crazy..Has anyone flown from Helsinki to London?

She needs to fly. You can usually find pretty economical flights. Far cheaper than it would be to take the train (and a combo with the ferry I'm sure).

I flew BMI from Manchester to Helsinki with a change in Copenhagan-can't remember the cost, but it was cheap. also Check Finnair as they sometimes are super competitive. Look at an EU site(expedia.co.uk. for example) or www.flylc.com for fares, not a U.S. site as the fares are usually pretty cheap with more selection.

Hi, In planning how to get back to London from Helsinki after taking the ferry there from Rostock, I found a connection with Easy Jet going from Helsinki to London Gatwick. From Gatwick there's a direct train connection to Victoria, if you need that.
