Passengers left without luggage because airline refuses to pay overtime.

BA seems to really be going downhill. It has a way to go before it catches up with Alitalia though.
I always carry on, even when they only take 30 minutes to get your luggage to you.

This could happen on any airline.
I just flew BA to London and back to Denver round trip in late November and I got my checked luggage with no problem both to and from London.
