Another Heathrow connection question

Hello everyone! First time posting here.

There are a few Heathrow connection threads below, but I'm going to ask my question anyway.

How much time should I allow for a connection at Heathrow from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1? I don't think I'll be checking any bags, but I'm still undecided.

My Air Canada flight (already booked.. can't change) arrives at 11:15, and I'd like to book an Aer Lingus flight to Dublin as soon as is reasonable after that. What do you suggest? There are flights to Dublin @ 13:25, 14:25, 15:50 and 16:50.

I'm with Flight Attendant. No sooner than 14:25, even if you don't check any bags.

Good choice on choosing AC. I wouldn't change even if you could. AC has a good track record for arriving reasonably on time but keep in mind that delays can and do happen. Check out the reviews. AC is voted Canada's best Airline!

IME, I'd say take the 14:25 and no sooner. It's better to sit with a Bewley's coffee and people watch than have to run for it!

Try not to check anything. It's a Rick thing, not an AC thing! It's travelling smart for the masses!

LHR is pretty massive so you might want to look at the maps from one of the links. Print one out just incase. It may come in handy and save you some time.

And oh, welcome Carlos, to the board!

Safe Skies,

F/A

I booked the 15:50, just to be on the safe side. I figure people watching + coffee won't be so bad. Would rather do that than potentially miss a flight.
