Hi. My husband and I will be traveling from Amsterdam to Venice (one-way) in May. Any suggestions/recommendations?

According to flycheapo.com Transavia flies from Amsterdam to Venice Treviso airport. I flew Transavia a couple years ago from AMS airport, it was cheap and fine. Low-cost flights tend to not fly every day though so maybe check out Transavia's site and see if it will fit for you. :)

I did this route last year, and sadly no discount airlines make the run via Marco polo. In the end I took a direct KLM flight for $200USD; I bought a RT ticket and threw away the unused portion. Venice Treviso airport was a pain to get to so I didn't use transavia.com
