Take the train to Brussels, and the EuroStar to London. Or fly - not sure what best means to you.

If you choose to fly over the Eurostar it looks like flights are about 60 Euros. Check: bravofly.com

Thank you for your replies. We have decided to fly from Amsterdam to Copenhagen and stay for 4 days. Then fly from CPH to LHR in London.
I didn't know whether to take the train or fly between these countries. In doing some research, it seems that flying is cheaper and takes less time.
