Trains from Schiphol Airport to Rotterdam Central Station go every ten minutes or so. No reservation is required.
The regular Intercity train takes 50 minutes and costs 12,50 euro. The Intercity Direct will bring you to Rotterdam in 25 minutes for 15,00 euros.
At Rotterdam Central Station you can take the Metro or Tram (line 20, 23 or 25) to Wilhelminaplein, close to the cruise port.
You could also take a taxi from Rotterdam Central Station. That would be about 15,00 euros.
