I have no experience with this, but I looked at the website. I'm not sure you couldn't do better just buying budget airline tickets, actually. Their choice of airlines and locations seem limited compared to the possibilities you might find at www.whichbudget.com. Since it appears you have to buy these passes from a travel agent, perhaps they could explain how they are used and whether they consider them a reasonable deal.

Go to www.whichbudget.com. They have a list of budget airlines that fly to various locations. I haven't flown to that area of Spain, but I know that Alicante is an airport served by several budgets. Since I haven't been there, I can't recommend accomodations in that area, sorry.
