Wondering if I should book my Rome to Palermo flight directly with Alitalia website or use Expedia (same price). Only hear bad things about Alitalia but they are the only airline that flies from Rome to Palermo. Thanks for your input!

Wind Jet, Easyjet, and blu-express all fly from Rome to Palermo, and likely all will cost less than Alitalia.

Hi Barbara, My husband and I just booked two seats one way Palermo to Rome on EasyJet ( A UK. company) for May 28. Our cost for 2 of us including 1 extra checked bag each @11. Euro each and our total cost was 82.98 Euro =$113.00Cdn. They are really worth checking out. Many travellers on this forum have used and recommend them. Without checking a bag (check restrictions) your cost would approx. 60 Euro including fees. Hope that this helps. Sherry
