Is it possible to go from Aix to Isle sur la sorgue,,and if so where can I find the info on schedules and cost.

Dianna, Isle sur la Sorge is on one of the the TER ("regional," which in this case is the local) line between Marseilles and Avignon, via Cavaillon. You have a couple of options from Aix: take the TER from Marseilles, or take the TGV to Avignon and take the TER from there.
Note that the Avignon and Aix TGV stations are separate from the TER train stations (and away from the town centers), though in Avignon I think there is a bus.

Important note: the train station for l'Ile-sur-la-Sorgue is called l'Ile-Fontaine de Vaucluse.
