We took the LeCar 40 from the Aix TGV to Gare Routiere last weekend -- it is the TGV and Airport Shuttle. Super simple.

The shuttle bus (line 40) mentioned above is really the way to go if you are staying within walking distance from the Gare Routière (bus station), which is about a 5-10 minute walk south of Cours Mirabeau. It is very quick and easy. Otherwise, cabs are fine, but budget is closer to 60€ than to 35€ if I remember correctly, and it is definitely longer than 13 minutes - more like 30.
