My sister (77) and I (75) will be traveling in April ro London. While I have usually just used public transportation when traveling this time I will need to use a reputable transfer company from Heathrow to our hotel this trip.
Can anyone suggest a service that they have used?

We have used this company a couple of times for private transfers. More recently from London Heathrow Terminal 5 to Bath. The drivers seem to be contractors who work for the company, but we have always had nice friendly drivers and communication has been excellent even when we had a delay of 3 hours.
