airport to city carrier

hello all,
i have a note to relay to you about hiring a transfer from the airport to town. this is about GETRANSFER.COM.
we booked and paid for the transfer about a month before travel. we arrive at the airport on time, go to departure area and look for our driver....no driver, no sign.we wait around an hour then ask an italian lady to cll the phone number on the voucher, she calls twice,NO answer either time. this is 1:30 pm afternoon. we wait another half hour then ask the same lady to call us a cab..shows up in two minutes and we go.
i write to getransfer and the bottom line is i must be lying because the driver said he was there.nice? i also found out the headquarters of this company is located in RUSSIA......so to all americans, do you really want to help this company..
