what is the cheapest airport shuttle to Intercontinental Madrid the cab ride is ~ 35 euros, anything cheaper...too much bulky luggage to take the Metro appreciate some advise...

Check the Aerovan shuttle service...should be a bit less, and has good room for luggage. As you leave the secure luggage area, turn right, on your right will be a neon sign that says "Phrmacia", and then a restaurant. It is located in one of the free standing booths in front of the restaurant near the exit door.

The Aero City van is €20. Each passenger is allowed one bag and one hand luggage, but you can book extra bags (no idea how much addt'l). It is a shared van service but it takes you to your hotel door.
