We are flying into Rome -FCO from Athens, Greece. Will we need to go through customs again? Thanks.
Italy and Greece are both Schengen-zone countries and there are no border controls between them. Just to clarify, "Immigration" or "Passport Control" is where they check and stamp your passport. "Customs" refers only to your baggage. At customs, unless you have something to dclare (like large amounts of tobacco or liquor), just walk through the "nothing to dclare " exit. You don't have to go through passport control when you travel from one Schengen-zone country to another.
Wow. That is great information for us. Thank you so very much.
