Yes I have used them twice, nothing wrong with them, in fact at least with them you can take one carry on and a purse, as opposed to Easyjets one carry on must include purse! I would however use both Vueling and Easyjet again with no qualms.. keep in mind to read the luggage rules carefully.
We had some issues booking online with our Canadian credit card but managed eventually.

Vueling is a 'low cost carrier', 'budget airline', whatever terminology - you get the little you pay for. For a flight duration of an hour and a half I would not be concerned about anything. I have not seen anything on the subject of unreliability.
