Airfare Watchdog just posted some great summer fares to Europe!

I just got the e-mail and the notification is set up for "Boston to..."

They send an e-mail every week or so listing the latest domestiic and international low fares. Good site. Wish they found something for me when I bought my tickets in March. I guess it is a toss up-buy early or wait until last minute. Sometimes I think it pays to wait. That tactic may backfire but it seems that every time we have gone to Europe, the fares have dropped after we paid for our tickets. Good luck, I hope to see you in Paris!

Pat, one year we waited until it was about 3 weeks before we had planned to leave for Europe and got our tickets about $300 each cheaper! But this year we were too chicken to hold out so we purchased last month.

I think I like to play it safe, then to wait until the last mintue, but I think it depends how long you want to go. I was just on Air Transat's website and they have Vancouver - London for only $620 roundtrip with taxes for May 5. If I wasn't already going to Europe I think this would be too good to pass up!
