Airfare search for non-specific destination?

One place I look for finding multiple fares by location is Travelocity's Deals on a Map on which you can your US departure city and your destination area (Europe) and then view a map showing fares to cities throughout this area. Here is the link:
http://www.travelocity.com/dealsonamap I know there are plenty of similair sites out there... Alot of the search engines will search nearby airports for you. For example, when you type your search into Kayak, click the option for "Include nearby airports".

A site that will do exactly what you want is www.farecompare.com Just go into their "Where-to-Go" section.

The first place I try is www.kayak.com. On the left side of the screen click on "More"-> then, click on "Buzz" or "Explore."
