Is there a way to search all the different regional European airlines for flights within Europe? I will be looking for a variety of cities so would like the most comprehensive site possible.

Thanks everyone - this gives me plenty to look at. In case you are wondering why I want to check so many possibilities of air routes within Europe: My wife and I want to go to Italy next summer (2012) and as of now plane tickets are around $1500 each or more from Seattle to Rome( more like $2000 to Venice which would be our first stop). We have tons of frequent flyer miles and could easily qualify for two free tickets. However, trying to get award tickets to Europe in the summer is very difficult, even if you call on the first day they are available. In the past we have been able to cash in on the tickets by being flexible on our arrival and departure city it's much easier to get a free ticket to Paris than to Rome for example. We then use the inter-Europe planes to get to our ultimate destination and they are very cheap by comparison - around $150 or even less. In the past we paid $20 for a ticket from Nice to Paris on Easy Jet. It takes a lot of time and planning but it's worth the savings to us.
