Any input on flying with Air India from Chicago to FRA? How is the customer service, the in flight movies? Our first time with that airlines.

I've never flown that route, but have flown with them quite a bit in asia.

Just to let you know Air India, a Star Alliance partner and therefore at least somewhat comparable to United, Lufthansa, SAS, US Airways etc, are considering moving their European hub from FRA airport to Dublin. The move might take place some time this year. So whenever you plan to travel keep in mind they might no longer serve ORD to FRA by the time...
