Air France Primier Voyageur

Hi William, In September I booked Premium Voyageur on Air France for our flights in November. We flew from LAX to CDG and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The day before our flight when I went to print my boarding passes I got an E-mail message stating that there was "a problem" with one of the itineraries and we would have to check in at the airport. When we handed over our flight info at the check in counter, the person typed in some data, didn't say a word, handed our new and "improved" boarding passes to us---Air France had upgraded us to Business Class! YAHOO! I have never flown them before and this was a very pleasant surprise. The service was SPECTACULAR! On the way back we did fly Premium Voyageur and there is a good deal of extra leg room in the seats and the meals are better than what our domestic airlines serve. Air France service was exeptional. Just remember to try and use a few French phrases on the plane like Bon Jour and Merci. I hope your luck is good and you get upgraded too.
