Would someone please tell me which gate Air France departs from at JFK airport? I fly in on Delta at approx. 9:45 this coming Sunday night and leave an hour later on Air France to Paris. Are the gates relatively close together to make for an easy connection?

Air France operates out of terminal 1. Delta uses terminal 3.

Thanks Mike, will that be a difficult connection to make? Of course my luggage will be checked through to CDG, so it will be just a my wife and I changing planes, is there a shuttle or something? It's been years since I've been to JFK.

It's a very tight connection. You are going to have to use the Air Train to change terminals, and you will have to pass through security again. As both airlines are partners I'm assuming both legs are part of the same ticket, so you will be given your boarding pass for JFK to CDG at your first flight. If you can't make it to the gate in time they will try and put you on a later flight or reroute you, so be prepared.
