Has anyone used this regional airline? Good experience or bad?

I flew Air Dolomiti between Munich and Milan in late 2010. It was quite pleasant. They served wine on the flight and a snack at no extra charge. This is a relatively short flight, too. Four years later, I remember it distinctly, so it must have been good!

Flew PSA-MUC with them in 2011. No problems--on time, got our luggage checked through properly, no complaints. I would fly with them again. They are a subsidiary of Lufthansa.

It's great. Based in Verona but now part of the Lufthansa group.
If you fly Lufthansa via Munich from SFO, that is the best option. MUC is the most efficient airport in Europe. The fastest transfer ever from/to the US. That is always my first choice going to FLR from SFO, as I prefer MUC to FRA for that reason. I also love the Lufthansa A340 in service from SFO to MUC with the bathrooms all together downstairs.
