We will be in France for 3 weeks in April in the Dordogne Department, mostly Sarlat. Is there an age restriction for renting a car? We will be 73 by then.

I usually rent from Auto Europe, and if you go there, you will find out the age limits for the various rental agencies that they book. There are some that have no age limit, some that have an age limit and if you are older than that, you pay an extra fee, and then some that won’t rent to anyone over a certain age. But if you go to Auto Europe, you can check through their agencies and see what their limits are.
