Does anyone have any suggestions for affordable transportation from Rome hotel to the Civitavecchia port? The last time my husband and I left on a cruise from Rome we were with 10 other people and I rented a small bus for the group. With only two of us and the rise in the euro the quotes I have received have been very high!
Any advice would be helpful!

There should be a special section for this question -- it is asked and answered daily. Use the search box for all of the other postings. Define affordable ??? We have made four trips out of Civit..... --- always use the train. At 3 Euros for a second class ticket -- about as affordable as you can find.
