Aer Lingus

I haven't flown them to London, but I have flown with them three times to Ireland from ORD. I have had no complaints at all - flights left on time and arrived a bit early, staff was pleasant, food was good. Their planes are still being retrofitted with seatback video screens, though, so you might only have the monitor that comes down out of the ceiling every few rows. I always slept on the way over anyway, so that wasn't an issue.

You might also check on their carryon limit. At one time, as I remember, it was about 5-6 kg (11-13#).

Yes, their carryon limit is small, but I always check a bag.

Would just throw in another vote that Aer Lingus is fine and often has the cheapest flights to London or Dublin/Shannon. I have flown them several times and wouldn't hesitate to fly them again..

Aer Fungus is great if you can get their website to not flake out on you....

I've never had a problem with their website. I check it all the time, and have booked through it several times.
