Book at www.eastcoast.co.uk. You will be able to print your own tickets. (I did so last month.) After you get a few pages into the booking process, you will need to click on the "International address" field. It's small and a bit hard to find. Discount fare tickets go on sale about 12 weeks in advance. As of today you can book up to and including 27 September.

Were you able to PAY for your tickets? I have been trying to pay for tickets (on East Coast) from Edinburgh to London using a VISA card, but they keep rejecting my payment due to billing address. I found their International Address box and entered it exactly as on the bills I receive. I first chose ePrint (5 times) then pickup at station (3 times). Neither worked. I had a similar problem earlier today, trying to purchase Senior Railcards, only their website had no allowance for non-UK addresses.
I have not tried MasterCard or American Express today, because those charge me hefty foreign transaction fees (and use the same billing address anyway).

Call your credit card company. Their fraud protection software may have put a block on your card when you attempted the first international transaction because it's seen as being outside your normal spending pattern.

That's a good idea, Rose. It is a new Travel Rewards card that I opened to avoid foreign transaction fees. But I will call them now to ask. I called Bank of America and learned that the problem is with VISA Online Purchases in general. A huge number are failing and they don't know why. It has nothing to do with the accounts. They are investigating. They expected no problem using MasterCard or debit card, only VISAs.
So I tried a debit card and was finally able to make a purchase.

Thanks for the info. I went to the site and used the tiny "international address"button on the payment page and was able to print out my tickets. It's great to have this detail taken care of prior to my trip.
