Does anyone have experience with Adria Airways? I am interested in a flight from Ljubljana Slovenia to Frankfurt. Thank you.

They're an official Lufthansa and Star Alliance partner, Solvenia's flag carrier. Very new aircraft, very reliable airline, a bit on the pricey side though.

I flew Adria Airways from Ljubljana to Frankfurt in September 2004. Seems to be a popular route, as the Airbus was full. One-way ticket was pricy (over $200), but it saved a lot of travel time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If you're flying home from Frankfurt on a Star Alliance airline, be sure to check the incremental cost of a Ljubljana to San Diego ticket connecting thru Frankfurt.
