Is anyone else having issues accessing their website? I've tried a couple of different browsers, tried on different days, and have tried links from sites such as Hello Venezia and I get nowhere. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Lola. Thanks for the quick input and, yes, I've tried that one and just www.actv.it, and I've tried through Google and Bing and on my PC and my laptop and nothing! Since you're able to get through, must be something on my end. Thanks again for letting me know!

I am using a PC with Internet Explorer, in case that make any difference. I was able to navigate all around, in English and Italian (I am interested in the Imob cards so it was interesting.) Does the webiste just not open on your computer?

Yes, the website won't open at all for me in either IE or Firefox. I just get a message that the site is unavailable. Weird.

Turns out it was a setting on my modem. 45 minutes on the phone with my service provider and now all is well. Still don't know why I could access it in the past but all of sudden couldn't, especially as I have never changed my modem settings. Oh well, just another delight of the digital age!
