Could you indicate if there's a preferred section of Paris that you'd like to stay? The Rue Cler area is a big favourite.
You might have a look at This Hotel for one example in the Rue Cler area.

In my last trip I found renting an apartment was cheaper than a hotel. The 3 of us stayed in an apartment for 8 nights, that came out to 111.25 euros a night.
The place had a full kitchen and a washer.
Everything was spelled out, so no surprises, and I was pleased with the location... 1 block from Notre Dame!
