I am looking for accomodations in Rome, Cinque Terre, and Venice for the First Part of October. Can anyone tell me some great places for around 100-120 euros a night.

Rome: B&B Cuscino e Cappuccino; We paid 90 Euro/night and it's close to the Vatican City wall

I spent a lovely couple of nights in Venice at the Bed & Breakfast San Paolo, Cannaregio 4627 - Calle Valmarana. It's run by Allan and Laura, two friendly graduate students -- Laura speaks more English than Allan. They have one en-suite double room and a double room and single room that share a bathroom. Every morning they leave a little tray outside your door with coffee, juice, pastries, and fruit. And it's VERY convenient to the water taxi back to the airport.
