accessing airports in Sweden or Denmark to fly to Amsterdam

We will be visiting friends in Lund,Sweden. We will be flying into Copenhagen from Germany. When we leave is it easier to get to the Copenhagen airport or the airport in Stockholm to fly back to Amsterdam? The airline tickets seem to be a little less flying out of Copenhagen. And from what I read that airport is easy to get to from Lund via a fast train. Thanks for your suggestions.

Thank you both for your replies. I did think Copenhagen would be easier to get to. The only reason I brought up Stockholm was because our friends in Lund thought we might want to go there for a day or two to visit
the city. Dawn

Copenhagen airport, as heading to Stockholm would require an extra 350 miles of travel. Unless, of course, you are headed to Stockholm already, in which case the Stockholm airport will be about 350 miles closer to you than CPH.

Copenhagen airport has both a rail station and it sits at the end of a metro line. Easy to reach from Lund.

If you're visiting Stockholm anyway, the airport is about as easy to reach from downtown as Copenhagen's. The Arlanda Express train departs about every 20 minutes or so between the airport and Stockholm's main train station. If I remember correctly, the trip lasts less than 30 minutes.

Lund-Copenhagen Airport: Travel time : 32 minutes, price DKK 118. Lund Stockholm Arlanda Airport: Travel time: 5 hrs 20 minutes, price: varies according to date and time. Lund to Stockholm airport is 643 km by road. Lund to Amsterdam is 843 km by road, so travelling from Lund to Stockholm for the purpose og flying to Amsterdam is travelling almost the distance from Lund to Amsterdam in the exact opposite direction in order to get to Amsterdam!
