We want to travel from Paris to Bruges and return a week later. Which site is best for this: www.b-europe.com or www.tgv-europe.com? Is it better to go through Lille Flandres or Brussels? Convenience is more important than speed.

Best site to use is http://www.thalys.com for the Thalys high-speed train. There is typically one direct Thalys train in the evening to Bruge and another direct back to Paris in the morning. At other times you have connect via Brussels.

A Thalys train to Brussels and an IC train from there to Bruges would be both faster and more convenient. Some TGVs from Paris to Lille arrive at Lille Europe rather than Lille Flandres so you would have to walk to Lille Flandres to catch an IC train. Some IC trains go directly from Lille Flandres to Bruges, but for some departure times you would have to make a connection in Kortrijk.
