90 day window for Thalys' mini-fare

I'm aware that the Thalys' one-way, mini-fare sells out fast, so I want to jump on it at the first opportunity. In determining when the 90 day window actually begins (and also allowing for the time difference) would you begin counting back from the day of the trip, or the day before? Thanks so much for any help.

Take note of the time difference and do some dummy bookings, entering 90 days from the starting date of your imaginary trip. For example, as I write this it is already past midnight in France.
