I understand that you can buy the Le Passport before going to the Palace of Versailles.I am planning to buy it in the Champ de Mars station, but where is the booth or place to buy the Le Passport inside the station? Is it a separate booth? Are there any signs that would tell me? Thanks!

You can purchase at the rail station ticket counter (at any SNCF Trasilien window actually) - or at Versailles itself.
You can also purchase roundtrip rail tickets at the same time.
Look in the upper right hand corner to change to English.
The passport is fabulous - watch for the special entries (typically the one without the enormous line).

For 19.20€ you can buy a Forfait Loisirs for Versailles at any Transilien ticket office. There should be one at the Champ de Mars RER station. This is a combination ticket that includes a pass to the chateau plus transportation on the Metro & RER to Versailles and return to Paris.
