If you go to the hotel's website and click on "Location", it will give you directions and a map.

Are you asking how to get there from Barcelona airport (BCN)? The easiest is to take the Aerobus (airport bus) from the airport to Plaça Catalunya, the last stop for the bus. Hosteria Grau is only a block away. This is a great location.
