Hello everyone! My family will be flying into Naples next month. There are 5 of us and we will have 1 carry on luggage a piece and 2 checked sized pieces. Would we be able to take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento?

The answer to your question is Yes. You will need to take a bus from the airport to the train station first. You can take your luggage onto the train and keep it with you. Just watch it carefully. The fare on the train is about 4E to Sorrento. You do have other options at the Naples airport. First, there is the Curreri bus from the front of Naples Airport to the center of Sorrento. Larry is right about watching your bags. This train is known for thieves and pick-pockets, usually working in pairs with cell phones. However, if you are aware
of your surroundings and careful, no problems.
