I had planned to take the Thayls train to Paris frpm Amsterdam.Just wondering if I have to change trains along the way.First time
on a train in Europe.

Go to www.seat61.com to find out all the tips to train travel across Europe. Schedules vary and you can pick the time and date of travel, level of ticket (most use 2nd class) for a shorter trip like that and print your tickets at home. It's really easy once you read the info on seat61.com.

The Thalys train to Amsterdam is direct; no changes. Book your tickets in advance at http://www.thalys.com. The sooner you book (90 days allowed) the cheaper it will be; the savings are significant.
