Returned from London on an 777, row 40 (2-5-2 seat configuration) and the leg room was absolutely fantastic! I will from now on choose the 777, row 40 against the wall seats on trans-atlantic flights in hopes that the plane will be configured to have those almost 2 feet of knee room again!

Each airline configures their 777 according to their own specs. Check Seat Guru before you make a decision based on this one plane... not all 777s are alike.
