Are there power outlets that can run a cpap machine on a night train from Paris - Rome.

Never been on this train, but I have been on other night trains and there have been outlets. I would call and find out to make sure. I had asked this question on this helpline a few years ago and one person said that only in the sleeper compartments will they have outlets and not in the couchettes. Never stayed in a couchette, so I don't know how much this is true. Make sure you bring an extension cord!
