How far is Stresa from Bellagio, and how do you get from Stresa to Bellagio??

Charlotte, Stresa is somewhat in the "opposite direction" from Bellagio, and on a different lake. The easiest way to get from Stresa to Bellagio would be to take short train ride to Milano Centrale, and then change to the train for Varenna. Each of the trips is about an hour, and the total travel time is about 2H:45M. When you arrive in Varenna, walk down the hill to the Ferry dock (or take a Taxi if you have lots of luggage), and take the short ride to Bellagio (about 20-minutes). Happy travels!
