Were going from JFK to Frankfurt ----arrive 11:15am ---depart Frankfurt to Venice 12:20pm -----Is the 1:00 layover in between enough to make our next flight?
Were flying Singapore airlines IN from JFK and leaving Luftansa out to Venice ..

It's a Star Alliance connection, arrival and departure are in/from Terminal 1. Frankfurt has got a minimum connection time within Alliances of 45 minutes. You should be fine. By the way, congratulations for having chosen Singapore Airlines! I've been on SIA between FRA and JFK a couple of times and love it. No better service between the two cities available!
