Hello! We're going to be traveling from Naples to Sorrento; what is the best way? I'm a bit confused trying to navigate the train schedules, etc. Is there a boat?

There is a local commuter train called the Circumvesuviana which originates in the Naples train station and dead-ends in Sorrento passing Pompeii Scavii along the way.
Yes there are also boats (hydrofoils) which I've read about, but have never taken. Have a look at this website for an idea on transport times:
