I´m not sure exactly what you´re asking, since you already seem to know the bus number... but I´ll mention a few points. You´ll likely see three different bus services at the station- Brussels Metro, De Lijn, and TEC. You will want TEC, which serves Wallonia (De Lijn serves Flanders). The battlefield at Waterloo lies a significant distance outside of the town. I looked up the itinerary for bus 365 on TEC´s website to see where the stops are located in Waterloo, but there was no route map. So, bus 365 may or may not service the battlefield directly. You may need to exchange buses once you arrive in the town.
