What vis the best way to get from Seville Spain to Lisbon? Is there a train that does not require going to Madrid?

Unfortunately, no, there is not. The only way to go (unless you wish to go back to Madrid and take the ovenight train) is to take a bus, or a bus/train combination. You can fly that route direct on Spanair for about 110 euro (purchase a round trip ticket and throw away the return portion).
