Berlin to Oslo to Amsterdam

We are planning a trip beginning in Berlin (4-5 Days) to Oslo (5 days) and then on to Amsterdam (another 5). Is this an unreasonable itinerary and what is the best and most practical means of transportation between these destinations. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Berlin to Oslo is served by Ryanair (caution: Their "Oslo airport" is at Rygge), Norwegian Air (they fly to the real airports) and - probably your best bet - by airberlin.com. Checking for fares in July the one-way on Ryanair would be €25 and on the other ones around €40... Air Berlin include luggage in that fare while with the other ones you'd have to pay extra. For Oslo to Amsterdam check with Norwegian Air and KLM. Your really low-cost alternative on that route is Ryanair from Oslo-Rygge to Weeze (Ryanair calls it Düsseldorf but it's almost on the border near Arnheim, NL).
