Planning on driving in Southern Germany in September for the first time. Has anyone ever used EconomyCar Rental? If so, have you had any problems?

I used Kemwell and foudn their prices were the least expensive. you can do it on line but you can also call a 800 number to talk with a person if yo have questions. I like the fact that if I used the car for few days they credited my account for the difference immediately. and that it was a turn key experience.
