My husband and I are going to Geneva, Switzerland for business the 1st of Nov 09. We are planning on going to Italy after his meetings and have never been. I'd like to see Venice, Florence, and Rome with possibly a drive into Tuscany. Is this doable and how?? We have to fly round trip from Geneva. Please help..TY

We're leaving Fri 10/29 so we would have a weekend and have to be Geneva on Monday am. Would it be better to fly into Rome, have Sat and Sun then take the train during the night to Geneva? Then we leave Geneva on Thurs and do what you said above? Train to Venice then Florence and Tuscany?
