Is there only 1 train to the city center?

Depending on traffic, 35-50 euros. We stayed near there and it was 45 coming in and 40 going out.

I'd estimate closer to 50 Euros but it depends partially on the traffic. If you don't have heavy bags it's far cheaper and faster to take the RER train into Paris and then switch to Metro.

From Charles DeGaulle, yes. There are also buses, though, that go to other places in Paris. But the RER train takes you to Gare du Nord and from there you can get anywhere by Metro.

There are also at least two Shuttle services operating from CDG. I can't recall the names, but they're listed in Rick's Guide books.
