When to buy train tickets?

Hi,
I plan on buying P2P tickets. I want to try and get the special tickets the DB offers. I know I can purchase them 90 days in advance. My question is can I purchase them 12:00am europe time on that 90 day mark? Will the web site let me? How do you go about purchasing them? Hope I'm making sense, I want to mark on my calendar when to purchase and at what time here (CST) would mark 12 am there.

On the DB site you actually can purchase tickets 92 days in advance, not 90 days. Yes, you can book just after midnight according to the time in Germany which would be after 5:00 p.m. in the Central time zone.
