Avis Rental La Spezia

I posted this under Italy but should have asked the question here. Has anyonw picked up a car from Avis Rental in La Spezia? If so it is difficult to get on the Auto Route from their office. I have read some car rentals are at the train station - do Avis have one there as well? Any help would be appreciated.
